Statice is a classic from grandma's garden, but also an evergreen among dried flowers. We grow statice by the hundreds! It's incredibly useful in bouquets as a filler material, and even undried it lasts a long time in a vase. Once all the flowers on the stem have bloomed, statice no longer wilts and is suitable for wreaths, corsages, and boutonnieres. One plant produces at least 15 stems. For drying, we harvest statice when the stem below the flower is firm and has a fully bloomed inflorescence. Simply hang them upside down in a dry, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.

Icelandic poppies are among our absolute favorite flowers! Delicate, silky petals give a light and airy impression whether in a bouquet, vase, or flowerbed. In wedding floristry, there's no flower that rivals them in texture and appearance. They love low temperatures, so we only grow them in spring. But believe us, you'll miss them terribly all year until the next spring! One plant produces at least 12 flowers. Colibri Bianco is a creamy white shade.

Benary's Giant is a superb and reliable zinnia series, we stand by it! The flowers are larger, about 10 cm, and full of petals, giving them a beautifully lush appearance. Benary's Giant Salmon Rose is a beautiful shade of brick orange to salmon.
